E4 Palestine – Michal, OM2DX has announced plans for a DXpedition to the West Bank, Palestine sometime this year. The callsign will be E44OM. “Dates set, Team forming, License in hands, Preparations ongoing… need to wait till the situation gets stabilized”, he posted to https://www.facebook.com/e44om/ on 12 June.
EZ Turkmenistan – David, DL7ZM (OE6NZM) has been active again as EZ/DL7ZM from Turkmenistan since 14-15 June, and expects to remain QRV sporadically until 21 June. He has been granted permission to operate CW and SSB on 6 and 10 metres (50110, 28020, 28550 +/- 5 kHz). This not a DXpedition, but a research and education project on propagation. “I assume, this activity will finally be accepted by ARRL”, he says, “as I have a full licence with call sign, frequencies, etc”. HI Dominican Republic – HI99RCD is the special callsign for Radio Club Dominicano (HI8RCD, officially founded on 12 June 1926) to celebrate its 99th anniversary from 31 May to 30 June. QSOs will be confirmed by email and via QRZ Logbook.
J7 Dominica – Laurent, FM5BH will be active as J79BH from Dominica (NA-101) on 25-29 June. He will operate SSB and CW on 80-10 metres. QSL via Club Log’s OQRS, or direct to FM5BH.
JD1_oga Ogasawara – Once again Harry, JG7PSJ will be active as JD1BMH from Chichijima (AS-031), Ogasawara from 26 June to 4 July. He will operate CW, SSB and RTTY on 40-10m. KP4 Puerto Rico – NP4AD, KP3JAC, WP3B, and maybe others will be active as KP4NET from Vieques Island aka Isla Nena (NA-249) on 27-29 June. They will operate outdoors on batteries and solar panels, with main activity on 40, 20 and 10 metres SSB and CW. QSL via LoTW, eQSL, and QRZ Logbook.
OH0 Aland Islands – Kimmo, OH3DJP, will be active holiday style as OH0/OH3DJP from the Aland Islands (EU-002) from 24 June to 1 July. Activity will be on various bands, possibly including 6 metres, using 50 watts or less. QSL via the bureau; QSOs will be uploaded to LoTW and Club Log.
OK Czech Republic – Martin, OL5Y (OK1FUA) and Vaclav, OL9R (OK6RA) are “very happy to have made it to WRTC 2026″, and will be using the special callsign OL26WRTC during 2025 and 2026 ” as a celebration and promotion” of that event. QSL via Club Log’s OQRS, or direct to OK6RA. The 10th World Radio Sport Team Championship (https://www.wrtc2026.org) will take place in England on 8-13 July 2026.
SP Poland – Special callsign SN92LOT will be active on 1-31 July to commemorate the 92nd anniversary of the ill fated flight of Lithuanian pilots Steponas Darius and Stasys Girenas. On 15 July 1933 they attempted a nonstop flight from New York City to Kaunas in a small airplane named “Lituanica”. After crossing the Atlantic Ocean, they crashed on 17 July when they were only 650km short of their final destination. QSL via SP1PMY.
VE Canada – Pierre, VK3KTB will be active again as VY0ERC from the Eureka Amateur Radio Club station on Ellesmere Island (NA-008) between 26 June and 24 July. He operates SSB, CW and FT8 on various bands when time permits. He plans to operate as VY0RAC during the RAC Canada Day Contest (1 July). QSL via M0OXO’s OQRS and LoTW.
W USA – The following stations will be active during the 17th annual “13 Colonies Special Event”, which will be held from 13 UTC on 1 July until 4 UTC on 8 July: K2A (New York), K2B (Virginia), K2C (Rhode Island), K2D (Connecticut), K2E (Delaware), K2F (Maryland), K2G (Georgia), K2H (Massachusetts), K2I (New Jersey), K2J (North Carolina), K2K (New Hampshire), K2L (South Carolina), and K2M (Pennsylvania), plus ‘bonus stations’ WM3PEN from Philadelphia (the city where the US independence was declared), GB13COL from England (QSL direct, see qrz.com for instructions) and TM13COL from France (QSL via F5OGL). YJ Vanuatu – “Due to my haste when changing bands to 60m at sunset, the PA has been damaged and 6m EME is cancelled”, Bob, YJ0RS (ZL1RS) says. He will leave Vanuatu one week earlier than planned, and will be QRV “barefoot” on 6m FT8 (50313 kHz) and 10m FT8 (28074 kHz) until 22 June.
